The reasonable spray gun layout can greatly improve the powder loading rate and improve the coating thickness uniformity.Spiral conveyor line:The technology of B & L company in Holland is adopted for the steel pipe spiral transmission line, with the operation capacity of 219-1820 × 18mm. The minimum pitch is 80mm, the maximum pitch is 240mm, and the pitch size is stepless adjustable.

Hydraulic station:The gear pump is produced by Taiwan Shengxin pvr-1, and the solenoid valve is produced by Taiwan Youyan. The system is equipped with an oil temperature forced air cooling device to start at constant temperature. The main oil circuit is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 20 × 2.5. The one-way operation time of oil cylinder is less than 8 seconds, and the lifting force of single cylinder is ≥ 15t.
